- In the search section, specify the service location, proposed dates, and preferred price range (if any).
- Select the desired service(s). If a provider offers multiple services, you can choose more than one.
- Use additional filters for specific criteria like services, experience, certifications, etc.
- Save the filters.
Service Provider Selection
- If no service providers are available at the selected location, the platform will display nearby options.
- Use the map's zoom feature to explore additional service providers, all displayed on the provider list.
- Select a service provider matching your criteria.
- If a Client is under Super Client supervision, they must request approval from the Super Client before proceeding to request estimates.

Steps in the Approval Process for Clients Under a Super Client
Status Update:
A pop-up window will display the status as "Awaiting Super Client Approval," indicating that the client's request is pending approval from the Super Client.
Email Notifications:
The Client will receive email notifications at each step of the approval process, keeping them informed and updated on their service request's progress.
Post-Approval Actions:
Once the Super Client grants Service Provider approval, the Client can proceed with requesting an estimate, enabling the next step in the service acquisition process.
Proceeding with the Request
Once the Super Client approves the selected service provider, the Client can proceed to request an estimate.
Viewing Service Details:
The Client can view all service details except personal and contact information, which remains hidden until the service request is accepted.
Accessing the Calendar:
Use the availability calendar to select suitable dates and request an estimate by clicking the "Request Estimate" button.
Confirmation Message:
After the estimate request is made, a confirmation message will appear. Selecting "OK" will send the estimate request.
Completing the Request Estimate
- To complete the Request Estimate form, add details such as Service Type, vessel information, and location.
- There is also a field where you can add any additional information required for your request.
Viewing the Estimate Request
- Once the Estimate request is sent, it will be visible in your profile.
- You can Reject request if necessary.
Approved Services
- Notifications for your requested services will be shown on the left side of your screen and sent via email.
- Once you approve the received estimates, the Approved Service will appear in your account.
Service Status
- After accepting the service, contact information of the Service Provider—including email and phone number—will be provided.
- The status of your accepted services will be displayed as either Started, Canceled, or Completed.
- Once the service starts, you'll receive a notification by email and see the status update in your account on the IMPEVIS platform.
Service changes
- When the service is completed, you'll be notified by email, and the status will update in the system.
- The project will be coordinated/monitored through an external Project Management system.
- The full report from the PM system, including the timesheet and expenses, will be sent to the client along with the invoice for the completed service
